HOW ARE EAR SEEDS APPLIED

Ear seeds are tiny acupressure stickers made with 24k gold pellets and swarovski crystals that are applied to certain acupuncture points on the ear depending on what is being treated. By lightly applying pressure to the sticker, it will stimulate the acupuncture point and cause a response from the body.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The crystal ear seed may last anywhere from 1 to 10 days. You can do all your normal daily life activities no problem with the ear seed. It may naturally fall off on its own or you can peel it off and throw it out when you don’t want it anymore.

HOW TO USE

To activate the vagus nerve and the benefits of the acupuncture point, lightly press on the ear seed for one minute. Repeat as much as you need throughout the day. Shen Men acupuncture point helps to treat stress, calm the mind, relax the body, and relieve pain.
