RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If you’re not Vibing with one of your Vibes Candles products, we would love to help make it right.  Please contact our Customer Care team at hello@vibescandles.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. We ask that you send proof of purchase (e.g. your Vibes Candles order number, or order confirmation email) to start the process.

If you're experiencing any issues at all with any of our products, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will determine how to assist you.


NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition products are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
