Shipping policy

PROCESSING
Vibes Candles will process your order within 3-5 business days unless a order processing delay has been noted on the website. We are currently not offering gift notes, but don’t worry we do not include an invoice with pricing in any orders. The recipient will not see your order’s price. 

Please be sure to double check your shipping address during checking as we are unable to make changes once your order has been placed!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

As soon as your order is packed up and a shipping label is created you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking status may take up to 48 hours once the label has been created. 

Once your order is picked up and scanned in by the carrier, transit times typically range 2-10 business day days, depending on shipping method + delivery destination.

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently offer international shipping to Canada only, but we hope to ship to our Vibey friends all over the world soon!

Canadian orders will arrive approx. 5-10 business days once your order has been shipped. Shipping rates are calculated by weight + delivery destination during checkout. 

International customs + duties are determined by the receiving country and are the customer's responsibility to pay.
